Group Therapy

Group therapy is a wonderful addition to individual therapy that allows participants to connect with a community of people who can relate to and understand each others’ difficulties, and to continue processing and learning new skills. We offer various groups throughout the year, and at the moment, they are held both in-person and virtually at our Augusta, Georgia location.

Upcoming groups for the Winter of 2024:

  • Women of Color Support Group: living as a woman of color in this age comes with its unique set of challenges and stressors, and many of us still have not fully processed the past few years. This group will provide a safe space for a group of women to come as they are, connect with a new community of support, and discuss topics that are of interest to them, on their own terms. Dr. Dadouch will guide the group and provide evidence-based techniques and skills to manage the multitude of stressors in our daily lives.

    • Weekly meetings starting on Tuesday, January 16th, from 6-7:30 PM

    • Cost is $95 a session. Sliding scales may be offered based on income.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is an incredibly helpful method of therapy, and the whole family is considered the client. It is typically recommended where there is something in the structure of the family that is not clicking or causing dysfunction. In family therapy, each member of the family can learn about the others, start to understand each others’ viewpoints and ways of thinking, with the ultimate goal of increasing the functioning and improving the dynamics of the family unit.

Typically an intake session is also needed to assess the need for family therapy, so please contact us to get started.

Family therapy can be conducted both online and in-person.
